Fairy Doors and More

I found these two fairy doors at a surplus shop. One is broken, but it can easily fixed with glue, and the other looks fine.

I didn't get any of these because I already have a pink one.

I saw this wooden checker board magnet at Kultura. It would look nice in a doll living room, right?

These are plush toys on my bed. Those two on the left are Alf. The big one is my childhood toy, while the smaller one is a thrift store find. The other two are gorillas that were given as part of a care package from the US.

My McDonald's Peanuts toys. The one in pink is an old soccer Snoopy toy with wheels and music, but the battery is dead. I just painted everything with pink because its colours were starting to fade.

I have two Charlie Browns. One of them has two voice recordings in English, while the other has them in Japanese! Yup, the other one is from a Japanese McDonald's. It was a thrift store find.

I didn't realise that I have a Peanuts table mat that matches my Peanuts collection. I just didn't think of placing them all together for a picture until this photo happened.

And here are my two I Love VIP Pets hybrids, Dakota and Nyla, finally in one photo. If I get another I Love VIP Pets toy, I can make room for one more because I have a spare body. I mean I could totally rip apart my Chelsea-Breyer hybrid for a VIP Pet hybrid, haha.

Toy Story Mini Carry Bag

I found some loose gashapon balls at the toys store.

Oh, these are Toy Story mini carry bags! They look cute! I got one with my membership points.

I opened the capsule and these are what I got. The bag itself, a sticker sheet, a 3d sticker to put on the bag, and a paper insert. I didn't use the 3d sticker on my bag though. I want it as it is.

Too bad it's too small for Lottie! I placed the traincase I got from a different gashapon beside, and there's a difference in the size between the two bags.

The mini carry bag is Kelly sized!! I was a little disappointed, but I can still probably make it work. This can be a carry-on bag for Lottie, right?

That's Tommy, by the way. He is dressed as Mayor Munckin for The Wizard of Oz! I found him at a thrift store and only paid P35.

Doll Impulsions (Part 2)

Just saw this in a vintage toys Facebook group to which I belong!

Bioman dolls!! They're so cute. I'm sure there are other dolls like this out there for other sentai series. I've checked and seen some cool ones on Google Image!

I think these look cuter than those mini Power Ranger dolls! But I don't mind getting those either for the clothes. Lottie just might fit in them. And the tiny replicas of their sentai helmets!! Super cool. Those are the best part.

Miniatures, Kit, and Gloria

Look at these tiny ice cream carts!

There is one that I think is the right size for Lottie!

It's very expensive though. I found it at Kultura, a shop that sells lots of Filipino goods.

Here's a video I took at the store.

In a department store, I saw these tiny character helmets!

The straps are actually detachable! I wonder if a Barbie head can fit in these.

My new Hi:Glamm doll, Kit, is now on display. I was only able to dress her in this red leotard, and Bratz pants. I had a hard time securing the velcro at the back of the pants, because her butt is quite full.

And I found another Dawn doll! But this time it's a redhead. I found out later that this is Gloria!

She's not in good condition. Her legs have stains, even her face is discoloured. Her dress needs velcro, but I didn't want to sew anything at the moment. She was already clean when I took this photo, but I wasn't satisfied with the discolouration of her face.

I cleaned her up again and tried applying some Garnier cream on her face. I think it helped a bit because her face looks so much better now.

I also tied a loom band around her waist, to secure her dress. I think it's an original Dawn doll dress, but I can't find a photo online.

Here she is with my two other Dawn dolls. I think I want to adopt more. I don't mind getting more of these because they're really compact dolls.

Doll Impulsions (Part 1)

I really haven't been a good blogger lately, lol, mainly because I'm having difficulty transferring photos from my phone to the computer. So in the mean time, I will do a lot of writing. I still look at dolls online, and sometimes I find things I want to buy but couldn't because I just can't afford to spend at the moment. So I'm starting a series of posts called Doll Impulsions, as a way to curb my spending, hahaha!

Aah! I'm looking at that Hasbro Pocahontas doll, and that tiny Novi Stars doll with multiple arms. I don't want to buy them even though I know that Pocahontas doll is already cheap, and that Novi Stars doll is hard to come by.

This MiWorld OPI set with the tiny nail polish and stuff!! These things would look cute in a diorama, but the rest of the accessories are too tiny for 1:6 scale.

Pinkie Cooper's pet, Li'l Pinkie!! I already have one but it's missing its ears and her scarf.

I don't want to buy this doll, but oh my, look at how big Jessie's eyes are. They are looking into your soul! Haha.

This proud poodle! I like collecting pets, but she's too pricey for me.

This other dog is so cute. She even has a skirt!

This photo is from the seller I transacted with, and I purchased the tall doll from her. It's a Hi:Glamm doll and her name is Kit! I've always been curious with Hi:Glamm dolls and even Leggy dolls from the 70s, so I was glad I found one online for a cheap price.

My friend and I went to this place where there are lot of gardening stuff sold. She bought some tiny stones for her garden, and gave me a small bag of stones for free. It's gonna be perfect for my diorama making!

Lottie's World: New Year's Eve

Ah! This is like two weeks late, but better late than never!

Muddy Puddles and Spring Ballet celebrating the new year!

I actually have more shots from this shoot, but they're all stuck in my stupid iPhone that won't connect to my iPhoto. So I posted some of my photos to Instagram (heh, I couldn't access Facebook at the time), then saved them to my computer. The quality might have been altered because of this process, but for the time being, I will settle, lol.

Some behind the scenes photos, haha. Look at that mess.

And here's a photo from an old shoot. I wish I did something fancy to the panel behind her, like some kind of architecture going on in the background, but I was just winging this one. I didn't really plan what I wanted to do, so... I'll improve next time.

Zestar Scooter

I found these scooter toys in a shop:

I see tiny scooters.

I picked one up and it reminded me of...

Barbie!

Now I see there's candy inside the scooter, but is it even safe for kids to eat it? These are sold at a shop that do not sell food, so how can a customer be sure that they're safe?

Yikes.
